Orders

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is confirmed, you can view the order status in your account. Please pay close attention to the order status if you wish to make changes. Only registered customers can track the order status; this will not be possible if you purchase as a “guest.”

  • Pending Payment: The amount has not yet been credited. Changes to the order can be made at any time. We will send reminders on a weekly basis for a period of 1 week, after which the order will be suspended. If payment is made afterward, the order will be reactivated.
  • Processing: The order has been placed but has not yet been processed. Changes can still be made.
  • Completed: The order has been shipped.
  • Cancelled: The order has been canceled.
  • Refunded: The order has been refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND STOCK
Orders with products in stock will be shipped the same or at the latest the next business day.

Products on the website are distinguished as follows:

  • Available in stock: The product is in stock and ready for delivery.
  • Out of stock: The product is not available in stock. You can send an email to be notified when the product is back in our warehouse.

If there is any delay in the order, you will be informed by our customer service.
