HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order is confirmed, you can view the order status in your account. Please pay close attention to the order status if you wish to make changes. Only registered customers can track the order status; this will not be possible if you purchase as a “guest.”

  • Pending Payment: The amount has not yet been credited. Changes to the order can be made at any time. We will send reminders on a weekly basis for a period of 1 week, after which the order will be suspended. If payment is made afterward, the order will be reactivated.
  • Processing: The order has been placed but has not yet been processed. Changes can still be made.
  • Completed: The order has been shipped.
  • Cancelled: The order has been canceled.
  • Refunded: The order has been refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND STOCK
Orders with products in stock will be shipped the same or at the latest the next business day.

Products on the website are distinguished as follows:

  • Available in stock: The product is in stock and ready for delivery.
  • Out of stock: The product is not available in stock. You can send an email to be notified when the product is back in our warehouse.

If there is any delay in the order, you will be informed by our customer service.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can return the received goods without providing any reason within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The deadline is calculated in this case, starting from the day of receiving the goods. If the merchandise has not been sent yet, you have the option to withdraw from the contract by simply writing an email to customer service. In this case, the deadline for the right of withdrawal is calculated, taking the reception of this text in written form as the first day. Please note! The package must not be in the preparation or shipping phase.

For safety, we ask you to send us an email notifying us of the return. A successful return is considered when all returned products reach the destination sealed and in perfect condition. No refund will be made for opened, used, or without original packaging products! We recommend packing the products securely and shipping them in padded envelopes or in a box to our address!

Our refund obligations must be fulfilled within 15 days. The period is calculated from the day the goods arrive in our warehouses. We will refund the expense using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may also be made through a purchase voucher if agreed with the customer. No additional costs will be applied to the customer.

Our company has the right to refuse a refund until it has received the goods.

Depending on the payment method used:

  • Paypal. You will receive a direct refund to your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card. You will receive a direct refund to your credit card.

If you need to pay by invoice and have not yet made the payment, you only need to pay for the goods you will keep.

WHEN DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRE?

The right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that have been specifically tailored to the consumer’s needs and for which production has been requested, involving a clear individual choice adapted to the personal needs of the users.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire, and the return has been made after the maximum return date.
  • Goods returned after the maximum return period.
  • Sealed goods that are returned without the seal.
  • Edible or personal hygiene goods that have been opened, used, or tested.
  • Goods returned that are clearly opened, used, tampered with, or damaged.
  • Goods purchased in multiple packaging and returned only in part.
  • Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has fluctuated after the receipt of the goods (market fluctuations not dependent on our company).

PRODUCTS RETURN

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Please ensure to send the merchandise well-packaged to the following address Piazza in Campo Marzio, 8 00186 Rome (RM) Italy. Kindly include the withdrawal form with the return.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
It is possible to return the received merchandise within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The returned products must be sealed and in perfect condition. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

GENERAL INFORMATION

You can return the received goods without providing any reason within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The deadline is calculated in this case, starting from the day of receiving the goods. If the merchandise has not been sent yet, you have the option to withdraw from the contract by simply writing an email to customer service. In this case, the deadline for the right of withdrawal is calculated, taking the reception of this text in written form as the first day. Please note! The package must not be in the preparation or shipping phase.

For safety, we ask you to send us an email notifying us of the return. A successful return is considered when all returned products reach the destination sealed and in perfect condition. No refund will be made for opened, used, or without original packaging products! We recommend packing the products securely and shipping them in padded envelopes or in a box to our address!

Our refund obligations must be fulfilled within 15 days. The period is calculated from the day the goods arrive in our warehouses. We will refund the expense using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may also be made through a purchase voucher if agreed with the customer. No additional costs will be applied to the customer.

Our company has the right to refuse a refund until it has received the goods.

Depending on the payment method used:

  • Paypal. You will receive a direct refund to your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card. You will receive a direct refund to your credit card.

If you need to pay by invoice and have not yet made the payment, you only need to pay for the goods you will keep.

WHEN DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXPIRE?

The right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that have been specifically tailored to the consumer’s needs and for which production has been requested, involving a clear individual choice adapted to the personal needs of the users.
  • Contracts for the supply of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire, and the return has been made after the maximum return date.
  • Goods returned after the maximum return period.
  • Sealed goods that are returned without the seal.
  • Edible or personal hygiene goods that have been opened, used, or tested.
  • Goods returned that are clearly opened, used, tampered with, or damaged.
  • Goods purchased in multiple packaging and returned only in part.
  • Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has fluctuated after the receipt of the goods (market fluctuations not dependent on our company).

PRODUCTS RETURN

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. Please ensure to send the merchandise well-packaged to the following address Piazza in Campo Marzio, 8 00186 Rome (RM) Italy. Kindly include the withdrawal form with the return.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

HOW CAN I GET THE REFUND?
As soon as your package reaches its destination, if the products are deemed eligible for return, we will proceed with the refund. This can be done through either a purchase voucher equivalent to the value of the returned products or by transferring the money to the payment method used:

  • Bank Transfer: We will transfer the amount to your bank account. Please send us your bank details to complete the transfer.
  • Paypal: You will receive a direct refund to your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card: You will receive a direct refund to your credit card.

The refund will be issued within a few days.
