Right of Withdrawal

General Information
You can return the received goods without giving any reason within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The deadline is calculated, in this case, starting from the day of receiving the goods. If the goods have not been shipped yet, you have the option to withdraw from the contract by simply writing an email to customer service. In this case, the withdrawal period is calculated, taking the reception of this written form as the first day. Please note! The package must not be in the preparation or shipping phase.

For security, we ask you to send us an email informing us of the return. A successful return is considered when all returned products arrive at their destination sealed and in perfect condition. No refund will be made for opened, used, or products without original packaging! We recommend packing the products well and shipping them with padded envelope or in a box to our address!

Our obligations for the refund must be fulfilled within 15 days. The period is calculated from the day the goods arrive at our warehouses. We will refund the expenses using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may also be made by voucher, if agreed with the customer. No additional costs will be applied to the customer.
Our company has the right to refuse the refund until it has received the goods.
Depending on the payment method used:

  • Paypal. You will receive a direct refund to your Paypal account.
  • Carta di Credito. ou will receive a direct refund to your credit card.

If you need to pay by invoice and have not yet made the payment, you only need to pay for the goods you will keep.
