The cost of shipping for the return is paid by the customer. Please send the goods well packaged to the following address: Piazza in Campo Marzio, 8 00186 Rome (RM) Italy. Please enter the withdrawal form.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
It is possible to return the goods received within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). Returned products must be sealed and in perfect condition. They must not be opened, used or without original packaging! We recommend that you package the products well and send them in a padded envelope or in a well-packaged box. HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
As soon as your package reaches its destination, if the products are suitable for return, we will provide the refund. This can happen through a purchase voucher for the value of the returned products or by transferring money to the payment method used:

• Bank Transfer. We will transfer the amount to your bank account: you will need to send us your bank details to perform the transfer.
• Paypal. You will get a direct refund to your Paypal account.
• Credit Card. You will get a direct refund to your credit card.

The refund will be issued within a few days.
